Your use of the Urban Mums website and all associated services ("Urban Mums") is subject to your agreement to all of the following terms. If you disagree with any of the terms below, do not use Urban Mums.

If you are accepting these terms on behalf of your company or other legal entity, you assert that you have been expressly authorised to do so.

You must be 13 years or older to use Urban Mums. By using Urban Mums and agreeing to these terms, you assert that you are 13 years or older.

No Warranty

Urban Mums is provided "as is" without any warranty whatsoever.

Modifications

We may modify this agreement in the future without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

The short version: be good. The long version:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Don't use Urban Mums for harmful or unlawful activity.
• Don't use Urban Mums in a way that damages or harms Urban Mums.
• Don't distribute malicious software through Urban Mums.
• Don't scrape data from Urban Mums, except as permitted through its API.
• Don't use Urban Mums in your own marketing without our consent.
• Don't sell, rent, sub-license or republish material from Urban Mums, except material that you have created through its service.

Refund Policy

Users may be eligible for a refund if they experience significant service unavailability, technical issues or billing errors that are not resolved within a reasonable time frame, or if they cancel their subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase.

To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with details of your subscription and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Certain fees (such as setup or transaction fees) may be non-refundable and will be clearly stated during purchase. If you cancel before the end of a billing period you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion.

Users who initiate chargebacks without first contacting support may face account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time and will communicate changes via email and/or by updating this section.

Abuse

We reserve the right to take action in response to reported abuse of Urban Mums. This action may include, but is not limited to, the suspension of account access.
